“So Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God.”
                                                                                                                      - ‭‭Mark‬ ‭10:18‬ ‭

After two airplanes, and a van ride we arrived safe back in Romania to our house. We have not had much for our bodies to adjust as school started two days later. God is good, and we have gotten through the first week of school without any major hickups.
I would like to say thank you to everyone that helped us purchase a laptop and an ipad for both faith and I.
This summer in the states visiting family and friends and making new ones has been a great time of refreshing for our family (even for the little ones) even though we travelled quite a bit. Thank you for your prayers during this time.

Continue to keep us in your prayers as we get back into our routine with Bible studies, teaching English, preaching, and planning for the future.

Travels

Oh, give thanks to the LORD!
Call upon His name;
Make known His deeds among the peoples!

Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him;
Talk of all His wondrous works!

Glory in His holy name;
Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek the LORD!

Seek the LORD and His strength;
Seek His face evermore!
-I Chronicles 16:8-11

A quick note to say thank you to all our friends and family here in the USA!! The time is going by all too fast!!

Thank you to our friends and family in Florida, South Carolina for the fun times and memorable times we had. The kids loved fishing with grandma and grandpa.

I was able to spend some awesome quality time with my two youngest brothers fishing, surfing, and even taking some pics of my youngest sister. Thank you for the wonderful memories. Had great times with oldest sister and her family at the pool and playing nerf war with the kids.

In South Carolina I got to see first hand how coffee was roasted by www.coffeemissions.com

Had a wonderful time each person and family and church that we were able spend quality time with sharing about our time in Romania. Thank you for your prayers and support. We are thankful to have each and every one of you in our lives.

America

Our time here has already begun to pass all to quickly. The kids enjoyed VBS in North Carolina and the beaches in Florida. Body surfing, boogey boarding, and seeing family (some meeting grandparents, uncles and aunts, and cousins for the first time) eases the pain of being gone from home.
We look forward to SC and NC but we know it will go by so fast. Looking forward to seeing everyone we can, and meeting new people.
Please continue to pray for our safe travels while here and our trip back. May God guide our steps.

Praise the Lord, Praise Him!!

A moving testimony of God's grace and healing amidst all odds.

Let All Things Praise the LORD
Praise the LORD!
Praise God in His sanctuary;
Praise Him in His mighty firmament!
Praise Him for His mighty acts;
Praise Him according to His excellent greatness!
Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet;
Praise Him with the lute and harp!
Praise Him with the timbrel and dance;
Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes!
Praise Him with loud cymbals;
Praise Him with clashing cymbals!
Let everything that has breath praise the LORD.
Praise the LORD!

May 2015

Last week at the after-school program we began talking about words we say matter. We can use our words to build someone up, or tear them down.  The kids had a lot of fun playing air hockey with a ping pong, great entertainment.

Saturday some of us from the church got together and gave the building a little facelift. After painting and cleaning we all enjoyed some pizza from Crazy Pizza. Great Times.

Sunday afternoon in the village sometimes bring surpise guests to the Bible study. During the study on the second commandment in walked two lambs. Not afraid and curious to who all was in the room. Always something new, and never a dull moment.

Blessed [is] the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful;
But his delight [is] in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night.
He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.
The ungodly [are] not so, But [are] like the chaff which the wind drives away.
Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
For the LORD knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the ungodly shall perish.
-Psalm 1

After school program

Esther, a Jewish,orphan prisoner in a foreign land being raised by her older cousin- doesn't sound like much. But because she was faithful to God, her cousin,and her people; God used her to save her people from total destruction. If God can use a Jewish orphaned prisoner, he can use you if you let him. This is what the kids at the afterschool program learned yesterday.
